Supersonic 2009 – first acts announced!
The 2009 edition of the awesome Supersonic Festival will take place 24th – 26th July this year at its usual venue, The Custard Factory, Birmingham, UK, and Rock-A-Rolla will once again be on hand as media partner of this monumental event. With this year’s line-up shaping up to be the best yet, the first confirmed act will be none other than Head Of David, Justin K Broadrick’s influential industrial metal outfit performing for the first time in 23 years! Other acts on the bill are Rock-A-Rolla cover stars Zu, former Swans chanteuse Jarboe, psych-rock troupe Earthless, the Flower/Corsano Duo, Genghis Tron, Growing, Master Musicians Of Bukkake (featuring members of Sun City Girls, Asva and Earth), 65daysofstatic, Venetian Snares and many more acts to be announced.
