Coliseum complete new album

Louisville power trio Coliseum have completed a brand new album, to be released on new home Temporary Residence this summer. The band recorded their latest opus at The Funeral Home studio (an actual funeral home) in their hometown of Louisville, KY with Kevin Ratterman recording and J. Robbins at the mixing board. As yet untitled, the album will be the first with drummer Carter Wilson. The record will feature a number of notable guests, including labelmates Nick Thieneman and Jeremy McMonigle (Young Widows), Will Oldham (aka Bonnie “Prince” Billy), Jason Noble (Shipping News, Rachel’s, Rodan), Peter Searcy (Squirrel Bait), Carrie Neumayer (Second Story Man), Brigid Kaelin and eight-year-old Oliver Cox among others.
