Post-metal titans Isis are currently in the studio recording the follow-up to 2006’s In The Absence Of Truth. The as-yet-untitled opus will be released by Ipecac in the US and Conspiracy Records in Europe in Spring 2009. In related news, frontman Aaron Turner has completed Disconnected, the debut album from Grey Machine, his latest project with Justin K Broadrick, Diarmuid Dalton and Dave Cochrane. The LP is expected later this year, with samples available on JK Broadrick’s Avalanche Inc website: www.avalancheinc.co.uk
