Mick Barr, otherwise known as the shredder behind Orthrelm and Ocrilim, turned his attention in recent times away from the tendon-testing guitar work of his numerous projects to explore the outer reaches of black metal. Krallice, the band he formed with Colin Marston (of Behold… The Arctopus), are already on their second full-length since last year’s self-titled debut, and it’s safe to say that Dimensional Bleedthrough, released last month on Profound Lore, is another killer record from the genre-redefining outfit.
